UM Bansalan College, two-hectare university compus, set right at the center of the municipality of Bansalan. From a two-room building way back in 1962, now is a fully-equiipped learning institution that still undergoing a continuous face lifting and renovations, to cater the needs of the students and of the demands of time. Yes, as one of the faculty had written, UMBC (indeed) is an institution aging in history, yet abrim with the vigor of youth in its crusade for intellectual upliftment in the field of education.

Its learning rooms have been the training ground of students who come and go in their quest for brighter future. The wind that supports beneath the fragile wings of students who were taught how to fly and soar high in the windy and shaky sky.

Its corridors, premises and even the nooks have been a deaf-mute witnesses of the laughter and tears of these young and vibrant questors toiling their way amidst the hardship of student life just to make a mark and hit in their goals.

The campus might be hold and weary, but it has been true to tis calling to its vision, and goals that is unceasingly helping the country in providing an arena of learning to the budding community leaders. Offering a training ground for future public servants, be in government and non-gobernment offices. It never ends in weaving and spinnning a business world for financial leader and advisers of tommorrow. Continuously building and searching a scientific approach for a morally and spiritually upright would be law enforcers. And now, criss-crossing the world of information and technology for future computer technologist and mastering the science and arts of the demanding job for computer secretarials.

The university campus, the fertile ground for the seeds to grow, the nourishing ground that nurtured the chosen seeds.
